At SavingBazar.in, we aim to provide high-quality educational content through both digital downloads and pen drive delivery. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Online Courses / Downloadable Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the course or content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email/login.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You purchased a course by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded any portion of it.
  • There was a technical issue from our side that prevents you from accessing the content (and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days).

To request a refund for digital content, contact us within 7 days of purchase, and include your order ID, registered email, and reason for the request. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

2. Pen Drive Courses (Physical Products)

If you purchased a course delivered via pen drive, you are eligible for a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The pen drive is unused and sealed in its original packaging.
  • The content was not accessed or copied.
  • You provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The pen drive has been used or tampered with.
  • Course content was accessed from the device.
  • The request is made after 30 days from delivery.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

3. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange for the same course, contact us with your order details and a photo/video of the issue.
